A car the was almost submerged in the flood
In the rain that could be referred to as heavy downpour in the month of November, Ketu area of Lagos was flooded and most especially on Ikorodu road in Ketu. The flood after the rain was so much to the extent of almost submerging a car.

The cause of this flood is seen to be blockages on different drainages in the area, that prevented easy flow of water (runoff). A car was almost damaged in the flood. The scenario also caused a little traffic on the nearby popular Ketu pedestrians bridge, as passers-by tend to slow down there movements on the bridge to witness the car that is almost submerged by the flood and some other cars that were struggling to move on the flooded Ikorodu expressway.
The flood lasted for at about 1 hour before it drains off to permit free flow of traffic. In the flood incident, DIMN News was able to confirm that there is no lost of life, but activities in that area was put on hold because of the flood.
Lagos State government is hereby advise to visit the scene of the incident so as to work on blocked drainages in the area.
