The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has made the move to commence a Nationwide strike starting from Wednesday 18th May, 2016 by 12:00Pm, to protest the increase in fuel pump price from #86.50 to #145 per litre as announced last wednesday.
As reported, the NLC leaders will meet latest by Sunday to send a letter to the Federal Government, requesting for another change in fuel pump price of #145 to #86.50 per litre and will expect the change from the Federal Government on or before 12:00pm on Wednesday. If the Federal Government fails to reverse the earlier announced fuel pump price, it will move the motion for the strike.
