Osun State School Drama Continues...

The Students of Baptist High School, Adeeke, Iwo, Osun State on Wednesday wears their Church robes to school for the second time after their June 12 holiday.

Governor Aregbesola on Tuesday announced that any student that refuse to comply with the school rules and regulations will face expulsion.

The Students in their Church robes approach the school gate but were unable to gain entrance into the school compound because of the intervention of the security operatives. Christian leaders that were standing some distance to the school gate were watching how the security operatives were preventing their children from entering into the school compound. The Christian Leaders also moved to the gate and ensure that their children were allow to gain entrance into the school.

The traditional rule of Iwo, Oba Akanbi has also stepped into the matter by visiting the School and by inviting both the Christian and the Muslim Leaders to advise them on the ongoing crisis.

The Christian Leaders have now turned the battle from physical to spiritual as many Christian faithful gathered at Dominion Hall of Baptist Church at Godofon in Osogbo to pray on the issue of hijab.
