Breaking News: Police shots Driver at Ikorodu because of #100

At around 2:30PM on Tuesday in Ikorodu Area of Lagos (Ikorodu Garage), a policeman who was identified as one of the task force officers released a bullet that hit a driver on his leg.

DIMN News was able to gather information from those that are close to the scene of the incident. Reports shows that the police officer asked the driver to come down from his car and the driver obeyed and the police was terrifying the driver with an attempt to release a bullet and the bullet was mistakenly released on the leg of the driver, the other police colleagues were able to calm the incident by taking responsibility of the attack as some eye witnesses also followed the policemen with the injured driver to ensure that justice prevail in the incident.

DIMNNEWS Correspondent was at the scene of the incident, though could not meet the policemen and the injured driver due to traffic but was able to see the blood from the gunshot on the ground

At the scene of the incident, People's expression shows that police in Nigeria sometimes carelessly use their gun and the citizens expect the government to do something about it to prevent future occurrence.
