Crown FC of Ogbomosho Players for the past months are yet to receive their salaries, though the team has performed so well in the Nigeria National League this season and likewise in the Federation Cup, but no Salary for the boys for the past 6months.

A source revealed to DIMN Sport Correspondent that Players are owed 6months salary including match bonuses and they are unable to take good care of their family. Crown FC of Ogbomosho is one of the clubs in the Nigeria National League that is expected to gain promotion into the Nigeria Premier Football League, which shows that the players have played with all their heart but have gained nothing in return for their efforts and energy.

Though there might be economic recession in the country, but non payment of salaries to players is a bad development for a league that seconded the top flight league in Nigeria.

Moreover, the club will lock horns with FC Ifeanyi Ubah on Sunday September 25th, 2016 in the Federation Cup Semi Final match and will hope to progress to the final of the FA Cup.

This is to appeal to Oyo State Government led by Governor Abiola Ajimobi to pay the salaries of Crown FC Players, so that they can also take good care of their family.

    1 comment:

    1. Shooting Stars FC of Ibadan has been paid 3months of their own salary, they should also pay Crown some amount of money too, if not all.
