    Real Madrid without Ronaldo beat Sevilla to clinch 2016 European Supercup title

    The Spanish Giant Real Madrid on Tuesday beat Sevilla 3-2 to win the 2016 European Supercup trophy, with Real Madrid Daniel Carvajal grabbing a wonder extra time last minute surprise goal.

    The match started on a high note with Real Madrid grabbing the first goal of the encounter through Marco Asensio in the 21st minute. Twenty minutes later Sevilla proved themselves to be worthy champion of the Europa League as they came back into the game through Franco Vazquez strike.

    In the 71st minute Yevhen Konoplyanka gave Sevilla a 2-1 lead from the spot. Real Madrid without Cristiano Ronaldo could not respond until the 3rd minute of the added time of normal match duration when Sargio Ramos goal brings Real Madrid back into the game. It ended 2-2 in normal match time duration.

    The first half of the extra time commence and ended with no goal for either side, but it was a different story in the last minute of the extra time as Daniel Carvajal scores to give Real Madrid the expected victory over Sevilla.

    After 120 minutes, Real Madrid 3 Sevilla 2.
